St. Thomas, ONT.: July 12, 2011 -- Colleen Aitken and her husband Roland Guignard are seen at their home in St. Thomas, Ontario where Collleen is still recovering following emergency surgery after undergoing 28 intra-uterine insemination treatments in an attempt to have a child. The unregulated procedures caused such damage that doctors had to remove her ovaries.
